Director & Tester in Charge
MIRSE, CPEng, RPEV, RPEQ, BEng (Electrical)Pascal is a Chartered Professional Engineer and has been working as a Tester in Charge for more than 6 years. He has been a key part in major project milestones such as the Metro Tunnel (RNA) Western Portal Stage. Pascal also carries out Testing competency assessments including the National Signalling Assessment Framework.

Matt Earl
Director & Signal Test Engineer
MIRSE, BBus (Mgmt), IRSE Lic (1.3.170)Matt has been working in the Railway Signalling industry since 2008 across a range of roles including Design, Project Management and Test & Commissioning. Specialising in Testing over the last 10 years, Matt brings a wealth of experience having worked across multiple Railway operators and a broad range of Signalling Equipment. Matt utilises his expertise to train and mentor Signalling Testers to grow the experience of the Team.

Operations Manager & Signal Test Engineer
AMIRSE, BEng (Electrical)Nick Addison is an experienced Signal Test Engineer with a strong foundation in testing and commissioning across major Victorian rail infrastructure projects. He is skilled in functional testing of conventional and computer-based signalling systems, relay circuits and fault finding. Nick is particularly adept at solving technical problems with specialisation in Frauscher Axle Counters.

Tester in Charge & Function Tester
AMIRSE, IRSE Lic (1.3.190)Steve is a highly experienced Testing & Commissioning Engineer and Function Tester/Tester In Charge in the rail industry, specialising in conventional signalling systems. He is adept at leading teams to deliver complex signalling projects and ensuring compliance with safety standards. His roles at Lineside Signalling, MTM, and Thales UK involved verification, function testing, and preparing critical T&C documentation.

Signalling Function Tester
IRSE (Accredited Technician), IRSE Lic (1.3.170)James has over a decade of experience in Rail starting as an apprentice completing a Pearson BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering whilst working on major projects across London Underground. He now holds his IRSE, ARTC, MTM, V/Line & National Function Tester licenses.

Senior Design Engineer & Competency Assessor
CEng, RPEV, RPEQ, MSc in Eng (Railway Systems Engineering)Adi is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CEng) with over 20 years experience. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the team with experience in designing various signalling systems, including extensive expertise in the design of Signalling Arrangement Plan and Bonding Plan.

IRSE (Affiliate Member), BEng (Electrical)Kenny is an experienced Signalling Verification Tester with a strong foundation in electrical and electronics engineering. He obtained a Master of Engineering Science (Electrical Engineering) & Bachelor of Electrical & Electronics Engineering prior to moving to rail.
